In meinen Augen ist Architektur weit mehr als nur das „Bauen eines Hauses“.

Mich fasziniert vielmehr die Gestaltung der Umwelt anhand neuer Interpretationen gebräuchlicher Denkweisen. Momentan leben wir in einer Zeit, wo einerseits die Technologie und andererseits die Forschung so weit fortgeschritten sind und einem ermöglichen auch die Architektur als Aktion und nicht als Reaktion auf das Geschehen ausüben zu können.

In my eyes architecture is more than just the „construction of a house“.

The fact that we can change the surroundings, the way we live and see the world, all based on new interpretations of old conventions, is what I am fascinated by.

We are living in a time, where technology and science are so advanced and enable us to practice architecture as an action, not as a reaction to daily events.

Für viele ist es im Leben lange Zeit unklar welche Richtung man einschlagen soll, eine Richtung die einem Spass macht und auf der einem die Chance ermöglicht wird seine Zukunftspläne erfolgreich und zielstrebig zu verwirklichen. Bei mir war es glücklicherweise nicht so. Schon früh war mir klar, dass ich mich leidenschaftlich für Architektur begeistere und auch diesen Weg einschlagen will.

Architektur an der TU Wien habe ich im Oktober 2009 angefangen zu studieren. 2013 habe ich mit Erfolg meinen Bachelor abgeschlossen und den Masterprogramm der Architektur im Oktober 2013, ebenfalls in Wien fortgesetzt. 2014 habe ich für 6 Monate in München gelebt, wo ich ein Erasmussemester an der TUM absolviert habe.

Im November 2015, habe ich meine Diplomarbeit unter der Betreuung von Prof Arch DI Dr Manfred Berthold mit der Note „Sehr gut 1.0“ bestanden.

Stolz trage ich jetzt den Titel Dipl.-Ing..

It is often complicated to split one's private life decisions versus career path choices. Fortunately, it was not a difficult decision on what to study. At the age of 15 I decided to take on the career of architecture after I had graduated. In 2009, at the age of 20 I finished high school in Luxembourg and went to Austria to start my Bachelor programme in Architecture at the TU Vienna.

4 years later, in 2013 I proudly received the title BSc.. After my first semester in the Masters programme in Architecture at the TU Vienna, I decided to go to Munich (Germany) for 1 semester abroad. From March 2014 to September 2014 I lived in Munich and followed my courses at the TU Munich.

In November 2015 I passed my Master Thesis at the TU Vienna, under the supervision of Prof Arch DI Dr Manfred Berthold with an excellent grate „Excellent 1.0“.

I proudly received the title Dipl.-Ing. (MSc).
